I want a payment arrangement

You can request a payment arrangement via our contact form. Please note that it’s not always possible to arrange a payment plan at every stage of the collection process.

I’ve already paid

Cannock Chase needs time to process your payment. If you paid more than two days ago to Cannock Chase or the Municipality/Water Board, we ask you to send proof of payment via the contact form.

I want to object

Not receiving an assessment, reminder, or enforcement order cannot be a reason to object to the costs. This is stipulated by law.

If you can prove that you genuinely did not receive the documents, for example due to a move, you can file an objection. You can submit your objection to the assessment via the contact form, including your explanation and evidence.
